Create a visually stunning drink with this easy recipe for layered orange coffee. By carefully pouring rich, bold coffee over bright orange juice, you'll achieve a beautiful sunrise effect in your glass. Ingredients
  

cold brew coffee (Americano)
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee (Americano) or chilled espresso
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh and pulp-free (recommended)
  • 1 dash vanilla extract optional
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 splash sparkling water optional, for fizz

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the orange juice.
  3. Using a spoon turned upside down, slowly pour the cold brew over the back of the spoon to create layers.
  4. Add a dash of vanilla extract if using.
  5. Top with a splash of sparkling water if desired. Serve immediately.
