Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit (or the lowest temp on your dial).
- Line a large rimmed baking pan (17x12 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Rinse the berries, remove any stems, and ensure they are clean.
Blending
- In a blender or food processor, combine the berries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds.
Baking
- Pour the berry puree onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 5-6 hours, rotating the pan halfway through until the mixture is set and not sticky.
Cooling and Storing
- Let the fruit roll-ups cool completely. If using a silicone mat, gently peel off and transfer to wax paper.
- Cut into strips and roll them up. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.

Notes
You can mix and match your berries or add extra flavors like banana puree or cinnamon. If you're short on time, consider using a dehydrator for quicker drying.
