These delicious homemade fruit roll-ups combine the sweetness of berries with honey, making a nostalgic and healthy snack that's fun to make with the kids.

Ingredients
  

For the fruit roll-ups
  • 5 cups berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Use whatever's fresh
  • ¼ cup honey Adjust to your liking
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice For brightness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit (or the lowest temp on your dial).
  2. Line a large rimmed baking pan (17x12 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Rinse the berries, remove any stems, and ensure they are clean.
Blending
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the berries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds.
Baking
  1. Pour the berry puree onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
  2. Bake in the oven for 5-6 hours, rotating the pan halfway through until the mixture is set and not sticky.
Cooling and Storing
  1. Let the fruit roll-ups cool completely. If using a silicone mat, gently peel off and transfer to wax paper.
  2. Cut into strips and roll them up. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
