Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs For a crunchy base.
  • ¼ cup Melted butter Softened for easy mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons White sugar To taste.
For the filling
  • 8 ounces Reduced-fat cream cheese Softened.
  • ½ cup Low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt For creamy consistency.
  • ½ cup Fat-free sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness.
  • ½ cup Key lime juice Freshly squeezed if possible.
  • 1 drop Green food coloring Optional, for color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each 2-ounce shooter glass.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and yogurt together until smooth. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with key lime juice, then combine with the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  3. Divide the creamy mixture in half and add green food coloring to one half. Use piping bags to layer the mixtures into the shooter glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Garnish with whipped cream, lime zest, and graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes
