Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts make sure they’re fresh; you’ll want that tender magic.
  • 2 large eggs bring them to room temp for an easier coating.
Topping
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese the better the cheese, the better it tastes!
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko for extra crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder because garlic is life.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning it’s like a hug from Italy.
  • to taste Salt and pepper don’t skip the seasoning!
For Cooking
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for that golden browning.
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped it’s not just for garnish; it brings it all together.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until blended.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off.
  5. Roll the chicken in the cheesy breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brown the chicken for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes
