Ingredients

  • 240 ml warm water not boiling
  • 0.5 piece lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar preferably raw with the 'mother'
  • 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger grated or sliced
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional

Method
 

  1. Run the tap until the water is warm (not hot) and fill a mug with about 240 ml of water.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the mug. Add the grated or sliced ginger and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir everything together with a spoon or fork. If the taste is too strong, add raw honey and stir again.
  4. Let the drink sit for a few minutes, then sip it slowly and enjoy your cozy kitchen moment.
