These easy, no-bake Oreo balls are a delicious treat that combines crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate for a heavenly bite.

Ingredients
  

For the base
  • 1 package Oreo cookies The classic ones are best.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened This makes it creamy and dreamy.
For the topping
  • 1 lb chocolate for dipping Melting chocolate; you can use dark, milk, or white.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or a Ziploc bag and rolling pin until they are fine.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
Assembly
  1. Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into small balls, approximately one inch in diameter.
  2. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the Oreo balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated, then place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle any leftover chocolate on top of the balls for decoration.
  7. Allow the chocolate to harden, either by leaving them at room temperature or placing them in the fridge.

Notes
