These S'more Bars are an easy, quick, and delicious dessert that brings the nostalgia of campfire nights to your kitchen.

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • ½ cup Butter, melted Helps everything stick together and adds richness.
  • 2 cups Graham Crackers The crunchy foundation for that classic s’mores flavor.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Use your favorite variety (dark, milk, or caramel).
  • 2 cups Marshmallows Mini or regular, depending on how gooey you want it.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer graham crackers in an 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter and pour it over the graham crackers, coating evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the buttered graham crackers.
  5. Add a thick layer of marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, watching for golden browned marshmallows.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
