Preparation
- Gather your bread, peanut butter, and jam. If needed, microwave the bread for a few seconds to soften.
- Spread peanut butter edge to edge on one slice of bread and jelly on the other slice.
- Seal the sandwich by placing the jam-covered slice on top of the peanut butter slice, jelly side down. Press down around the edges with a cup or cookie cutter.
- Optionally slice off the crusts and wrap tightly if freezing or place in a lunch bag if consuming soon.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week or individually wrapped in the freezer for about a month. Thaw by noon if taken from the freezer in the morning.
